Privacy policy
Last updated 4 November 2026
This policy explains what personal data Wise Apps Lab collects, why, and what you can ask us to do with it. In short: the website collects almost nothing, and what you send us by email is used to reply to you.
Who is responsible
Wise Apps Lab, MB (company code 306625691, VAT code LT100017788912), Didlaukio g. 21D-34, LT-08348 Vilnius, Lithuania, is the controller of your personal data. For anything about this policy or your data, write to hello@wiseappslab.com.
This website
The site sets no cookies and runs no analytics, advertising or tracking scripts. It has no forms, and its fonts, images and scripts all load from wiseappslab.com itself.
The site is hosted by Cloudflare. To deliver pages and protect the site from abuse, Cloudflare processes the technical data every visit sends: your IP address, browser and device type, the page requested and the time. We use it only for traffic statistics and to find and fix errors. Our server logs are deleted automatically within 7 days.
If your browser blocks something on a page under the site's security policy, it sends us a technical report: the page address, what was blocked and your browser version. We use these reports only to fix the site.
The legal basis is our legitimate interest in running a secure, working website (GDPR Article 6(1)(f)).
When you contact us
When you email or call us, we receive what you choose to share: usually your name, email address or phone number, your company and the details of your project.
We use it to answer you and, if you ask, to prepare an offer. The legal basis is taking steps at your request before a contract (GDPR Article 6(1)(b)) and our legitimate interest in replying to business enquiries (Article 6(1)(f)).
If we do not end up working together, we delete your enquiry as soon as that is clear. If we do, the correspondence becomes part of the project records and is kept while the contract runs and for as long afterwards as the law requires.
Who else handles your data
- Google (Google Workspace) hosts our email.
- Cloudflare hosts the website.
Both act on our instructions under data processing terms. Where they process data outside the European Economic Area, the transfer relies on the safeguards GDPR provides, such as the EU–US Data Privacy Framework and the European Commission's standard contractual clauses.
We do not sell personal data, and we do not use it for marketing.
Your rights
You can ask us for a copy of your data, to correct it, to delete it, to restrict or object to how we use it, and to receive it in a portable format. Write to hello@wiseappslab.com; we reply within one month.
You can also complain to the State Data Protection Inspectorate (Valstybinė duomenų apsaugos inspekcija), vdai.lrv.lt.
Changes
If this policy changes, the new version is published on this page with a new date.
